Prompting Guidelines

• Define the UX Task: Clearly state whether the need is for a persona, user journey, UI text, or design idea. For example, "create a user persona…" or "suggest microcopy for…".
• Provide Background: Give context about the product/app and users (e.g., type of app, user goals, any known pain points) to get relevant outputs.
• Emphasize Clarity & Tone: For UI text prompts, mention that the output should be concise, clear, and in a friendly/helpful tone (or whatever suits the product).
• Leverage Visual Descriptions: If using image AI for design inspiration, describe the style or elements you want (e.g., "a minimalist dashboard layout with dark mode colors").
• Ethical & Accessible: Prompt for inclusive design considerations (e.g., "make sure error messages are empathetic") and accessibility (e.g., "suggest alt text for images").
